Important information

1. Who are we designed for?

PROUD Ropes course Harrachov offers programs for schools, general public and working groups. It is also possible to have program in English or German language. Our programs are suitable for everybody over 8 years. Maximum weight of participant is 140 kg (Flying fox – 120 kg)

2. Operating times:

every day from 15th April to 31st October

           48 hours IN ADVANCE!!

The beginning of program can be set according to your wishes

3. How to order program:

Program is best to order on-line.

You can fill in our ordering form or send us an e-mail
You can also send e-mail to info@classicoutdoor.cz or make order by phone or fax.

Program needs to be booked in advance!

4. Canceling program

In case you cannot come to the program, you can cancel it by phone or by e-mail preferably with at least one day’s notice. In case of bad weather it is possible to cancel program early in the morning before the program. The program can be run when it rains (safety guaranteed) you only need to be dressed accordingly.

5. What to take with you :

It is recommended to wear sporty clothes and shoes according to the weather conditions and temperature.
Warm weather: T-shirt, shorts, cap and sun glasses.
Cold weather: more thinner layers, which you can take off when needed, cap and gloves that allow manipulation of the climbing ropes.
All climbing equipment is provided and is included in the price of the program.

6. Guaranties of quality

1. All instructors of PROUD Ropes courses are professionally trained according to internal standards
2. All ropes courses are built according to the standards of the Association for Challenge Course Technology – ACCT.
3. We use system of back up belaying.
4. We only use locking carabiners.
5. We use full body harnesses.
6. Equipment is checked regularly for damage or wear.
7. We only use specially tested materials suitable for the use in ropes courses.
8. Taking part in the program is voluntary for every participant.
